Hikvision Europe B.V. is now looking for a Product Tech-Support Engineer in Hoofddorp, for our Project IP and Software Team.
This role includes an initial 1–2 year assignment as a Technical Support Engineer supporting the Benelux (BNL) region, providing hands-on customer and field experience as part of the onboarding and development plan. After this period, the successful candidate is expected to transition back into the Product Team with stronger technical and market insight.
· Responsible for technical support throughout the project lifecycle, including requirement analysis, technical communication, and solution design.
· Provide on-site support during installation and commissioning; troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with China HQ support and R&D teams.
· Deliver technical training to regional colleagues and customers to enhance product knowledge and competency.
· Conduct solution testing, compile test reports, and work with product managers on product introduction and promotion.
· Fast learner with strong interest in new technologies.
· Flexibility to work both on-site and in-office as needed.
· Strong collaboration skills across functions like Product, Sales, and R&D.
· Fluent in English and Chinese;
· Willingness to travel frequently.
