We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our Legal & Compliance team in the Pan-European region. This role is ideal for a law student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate and commercial legal work within an international business environment.

1. Contract Support
   • Assist in reviewing and preparing basic commercial documents and templates (e.g., NDAs, simple procurement or service agreements).
   • Help track contract status, maintain contract archives, and support internal communication.
2. Corporate Legal Assistance
   • Support daily legal inquiries from different teams under the guidance of senior legal staff.
   • Help prepare presentations or training materials related to local regulations.
3. Legal Research
   • Conduct research on regional laws and regulations and prepare simple legal summaries or memos.
4. Compliance Support
   • Assist with compliance-related tasks, including documentation, policy updates, and basic data protection checks (e.g., GDPR-related administrative support).
5. Dispute & Case Management Assistance
   • Help collect and organize case documents for internal review or external counsel.
   • Support tracking dispute progress and maintaining related records.
6. Regulatory & Administrative Support
   • Assist in preparing correspondences or filings to authorities under supervision.
   • Support documentation management and other day-to-day administrative tasks.
7. Other tasks assigned by the Legal Manager.

1. Current law student with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Law.
2. Basic understanding of EU civil, commercial, labor, or corporate law is a plus.
3. Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and high integrity.
4. Good logical thinking, communication, and coordination skills.
5. Ability to conduct legal research and draft clear written summaries.
6. Fluency in English for daily work.
7. Chinese language skills or educational background are a bonus but not required.
