Your mission

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and product promotions;
• Support the preparation of events, trainings, and trade shows, including materials, logistics, and follow-ups;
• Coordinate social media content (drafting posts, scheduling, light analytics);
• Handle ad hoc marketing tasks, including:
  • Processing payment of marketing invoices
  • Ordering marketing materials for business partners
  • Managing office stock to support team operations
• Perform additional daily office and administrative tasks as needed.

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Marketing related preferred);
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and HubSpot is an advantage;
• Fluent in English; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is a plus.
