Your mission
· Responsible for providing technical support and services in NL, offering improvement suggestions to customers/business teams, and resolving product and technical issues in a timely manner.
· Follow up on business opportunities, support pre-sales project implementation, and collaborate with the local team to achieve KPIs.
· Conduct product training, identify customer needs and pain points, and assist sales teams in delivering training to distributors.
· Manage product-related matters by coordinating with internal departments to release regional products and related documentation.
Your profile
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields;
· Strong communication, coordination, and stress-resistance skills.
· Fluent in English, especially writing and speaking.
· Full time intern is preferred.
