- Familiarize with Alarm, Access control & Video intercom, SaaS product, and assist in completing new product testing tasks.
- Assist technical engineers in project testing, setup, and demonstration, and write test reports.
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues with products, including hardware and software installation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in writing and organizing internal materials (translation, technical documents, solution specifications, etc.).
